1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Products that are damaged, incorrect, or defective upon arrival are eligible for return.
• Perishable and personal care products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

2. Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.
3. Once approved, ship the product back to our return address.
4. After verification, we will process your refund or replacement.

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, UPI, or bank transfer).
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Replacement Policy

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will offer a free replacement. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
